We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover issued from a bank in the United States. We DO NOT accept credit cards from foreign/international banks. All shipments must be made to the address associated with the credit card. We also welcome payments via PayPal and Wire Transfer.
All refused packages and returned checks are subject to a $25.00 Fee
Unfortunately, we see more and more credit card fraud attempts via international orders. To protect our customers and Laptops-U-S-A we have a few procedures we follow:
On international orders there is a slight delay as we verify the credit card and address information with the issuing bank for the credit card used. This process usually takes 3 to 5 business days. It is vital that we receive the correct billing address for the credit card you are using exactly as it appears on your current billing statement. Failure to do this will delay your order. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address than the billing address for your credit card please complete the shipping address section and contact your credit card company (see the phone number on the reverse side of the card) to have the "ship to" address added as an alternative address on your card. We verify all credit card information to protect against credit card fraud. Orders will be shipped only to addresses registered with your credit card company. American Express has a centralized database and verification is immediate, so if possible, buy with American Express.
Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs are your responsibility. Contact your country's customs office for specific details.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all custom fees on International orders. Laptops-U-S-A is not responsible for weather delay or any sort of delay by the carrier or by custom. Damage Claim should be filed with the Carrier (Laptops-U-S-A will assist with filing). Outside Continental USA & International Sales, Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges.
Defective on Arrival (DOA) & Missing Item Policy:
Product that is tested and found to be non-operational upon receipt is considered to be DOA. DOA products must be reported to our Customer Service Dept. @ (360) 705-0514 or email: Support@Laptops-U-S-A.com within three (3) days of receipt. DOA Product will be replaced per RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION & RETURN POLICY. Missing Items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of receipt (Laptops-US-A is not responsible after 3 days).
If you receive a DOA Product (defective on arrival) or missing Items, we will pay all shipping costs for quick repair or replacement, DOA warranty period is from the time you receive your order up to 3 days after, if you receive a DOA product you should contact us as soon as possible (not later than 3 days after receipt) and obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) & Return Policy:
If product is defective, Please call our Customer Service Dept. @ (360) 705-9903 or email: Support@Laptops-U-S-A.com and briefly explain the problem. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Defective product must be returned with all documentation and original packing materials, Cables, Manuals etc. and a copy of the Invoice. Please clearly write the RMA number on outside of the shipping box. We strongly recommend shipping with a Tracking Method and Insured for the full value. Our customer service department will refuse any package that arrives without a legible RMA number on the shipping package.
Please allow 24 Hours for processing the RMA at our facility
We ship replacement products by Ground. Shipping can be upgraded at Customer's expense.
If you do not like the product you purchased from us, you could send it back for store credit within 7 days from your original date of your invoice. Your return must be authorized by one of our sales representative and you can use your store credit for future purchases only. If you would not like to get store credit, we can take back the products for 30% restocking fee.
All sales are final. Returned orders for refund after the DOA period, are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost. Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment and user-installed parts & upgrades. Shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported to Laptops-U-S-A within 3 days of receipt. Address corrections made after the product has been shipped will be charged $20.00 fee per box. All returns must have RMA# by Laptops-U-S-A prior to shipping/returns. A copy of the receipt must be included with the returned Item. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box and at the back of the copy of the receipt. Any unauthorized RMA or any RMA discrepancy, will not be accepted and will be returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense, Purchaser is liable for one way shipping costs (after DOA period) including, for all merchandise returned to Laptops-U-S-A for exchange or warranty repairs. Non-defective products are subject to a 30% fee
Laptops-U-S-A offers 30 days warranty on all laptops, unless otherwise specified. Warranty is from the date of the original purchase.
Warranty covers all hardware for product warranty period (for warranty issues on batteries please refer below), warranty covers repair or replacement (same or better) of defective products only Laptops-U-S-A provides this 30 day limited warranty on hardware only.
Because of their perishable nature..........BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!
Please note that minor cosmetic flaws would not be considered a defect and not covered under the warranty however we do not ship any products having cosmetic flaws that would effect the operation of the unit in any way, unless we specifically mention in the description of the product.
If you purchased the computer with no operating system installed, Laptops-U-S-A will support hardware problems only (excluding battery).
If your warranty expires and you have hardware problems, we will still provide service. We carry a wide range of refurbished laptop parts at low cost.
In general, our warranty does not include software and we do not provide software support.
